Welcome to the Financial Independence Center page. The Financial Independence Center is a brand new idea at Lower Columbia CAP that is dedicated to helping the community get back on their feet financially in these trying times. We offer asset building services like the CAPital Investments Individual Development Account Program, Earned Income Tax Credit help, Bank On Cowlitz County and FDIC Money Smart Financial Education classes. The Financial Independence Center also plays an integral role with tax season offering Free Tax Preparation help.
