What it is: The Basic Food Program helps low-income individuals and families obtain a more nutritious diet by supplementing their income with Basic Food benefits.

How to obtain a Help Warehouse Food Card

A punch card is needed to receive foods distributed through Help Warehouse.

     1. HEAD of HOUSEHOLD -- Bring on of the following:

          a. Current utility bill with address and ID or 
          b. Rent receipt with current address and ID
              (ID) must show same address as bill)
     2. OTHER ADULTS in HOUSEHOLD (18 years or older): 
          a. ID with same address as head of household 
        ACCEPTABLE ID INCLUDES (bring one of the following):
          A. Drivers license 
          B. Checkbook 
          C. Medical Cards 
          D. Voters Registration 
     3. PROFF of CHILDREN (under 18): 
          a. Birth Certificate 
          b. Medical Cards 
          c. Report Card
