During these present times of stress and want, we also need to be looking to the future of our community, which is exactly what the CAP Foundation is doing by building a $1 million endowment, or savings account, that in time will earn interest to support vital CAP programs like Meals on Wheels and Help Warehouse. This year’s Welch Family Challenge brought the Foundation a big step closer to their goal.
On behalf of the CAP Board and staff and the people we serve, I wish to express our deep thanks to Tim Welch and Lee Hutton-Welch and to Tim and Lee’s 435 “friends” who together contributed over $141,000 toward the endowment.
CAP is dedicated to providing essential services to our community today. The CAP Foundation is insuring that those services will be here in the future.
